The Famiglia rose from the ashes of a previous organization. Through Azrael Silverfang’s leadership, shrewd negotiations, manipulation to eradicate competition, a new organization rose in the shadows, appropriately dubbed “The Shadow Empire.” They brokered deals with Garlemald maintain control over the populace and their influence spread throughout Ilsabard. When the Garlean Empire crumbled, Silverfang’s organization stepped to the fore to seize advantage over the political instability, and pick apart the carcass as they saw fit.
Hierarchy
The patriarch and matriarch reign supreme over the loyal members of La Famiglia. Between the ruling couple and the capos, are their most trusted circle. Also known as the "Five Fingers", the caporegimes are the heads of the various divisions of La Famiglia.
Products
The Silver Lion presents a refined array of delicacies to provide buyers a unique experience. The wares range from common to rare, the rare having far higher prices.

Understand that by joining, you are agreeing to participate in dark RP themes which may at times contain upsetting topics. We absolutely understand if you need to bow out of certain plots or scenarios.
Ic =/= ooc. We are not our characters. Many of our characters have villainous tendencies, or can be absolutely petty. This is not who we the players are ooc.
Understand that there will be ic-conflict and intrigue. A story is not a story without conflict, and conflict generates character growth. This is not an FC where all the characters get along with each other and everyone else.
Please avoid metagaming. This is defined as using your ooc knowledge ic. Your character cannot act upon information they do not have. Also, be aware, sometimes accidental metagaming can happen. We do not expect everyone to have perfect memory, so mistakes will happen, too.
Avoid godmodding in roleplay.
Please be respectful ooc to other free companies and players. Do not troll or disrupt their events or roleplay and do not harass other players.

We are an inclusive environment and have a zero tolerance policy for racism, homophobia, transphobia, and misogyny.
Please avoid extreme lore-breaking (i.e. RPing a character who is the daughter of Betty White and Nidhogg). We understand lore-bending and filling in the blanks left in lore. Filling in blanks is a necessity when one is roleplaying
PRODUCTS
La Famiglia offers a suite of designer drug experiences as well as custom made weaponry. Below is a small section of our product base.
The Sins
Envy, also known as Pharoah’s Whisper, comes in powder, wax, and injectable form. It is not meant to be taken by the buyer, but to be used on a target. It overrides the victim’s will and makes them desperate to please, and willing to obey any command at all. This will be the most exclusive drug.
Greed, also known as Bliss, is the longest tenured product on this list. Bliss is a pink powder that is snorted. It gives a brief, but strong high. The user will hallucinate their deepest desires, even if the desires are hidden to oneself. While the hallucination is brief, it is incredibly intense and leaves the body sensitive to touch for a time afterward.
Gluttony, also known as Cuchulainn’s Bounty, comes in capsule form and allows for the rapid absorption of aether, digesting food as quickly as it is consumed. It is popular with food enthusiasts.
Lust, also called Velvet Rapture, is a strong aphrodisiac. It enhances pleasures of the flesh to become an out-of-body experience. Those who take it will act on instinct. The user’s aether and bodily fluids entwine with that of their partner and leads to an indescribable experience. It can be spread through bodily fluid. Lust is a paper-like tablet that dissolves on the tongue.
Pride, also known as Eclipse, jokingly referred to in-house as The Silverfang Special. It is confidence that comes in a vial - obviously liquid format. It annihilates all inhibitions, a stronger effect than alcohol has in this regard, without impairing motor skills. It “eclipses” all that holds one back.
Sloth, also called the Dreaming Demon, is stronger than somnus. It induces a deep sleep that healers would mistake its effects for death. It can be used as a calming method or faking one’s death. It comes in the form of a wax that is melted into a liquid to be injected. This needs more testing.
Wrath, also called Bahamut’s Breath, is a combat-enhancing drug. It could be considered a weapon. It numbs pain receptors and induces an uninhibited berserk state. This state is similar to a viera’s frenzy. It gives the user an orgasmic sense of satisfaction when they return to their senses. It comes in an inhaler or canister and can be used to dose a large area. This is another drug that will only have a select audience.
Other Drugs
Siren's Call - A diluted form of Envy that can be combatted by those with a strong enough will or dosed with the antidote. Effects are the same as its more powerful sister, however the suggestive power may not be as effective. Comes in powder, wax, and candle form.
Sleeping Demon - Paralytic that induces lucid dreaming, but can easily lead to a bad trip if administered under bad circumstances.
Truth Serum - Compels the imbiber to speak the truth to any question asked of them for one bell.
Fogweed- Contentment, huge range of positive moods. Relaxation aid, mild pain reliever, stimulates appetite, suppresses vomiting.
Somnus - Total pain relief, euphoria, drowsiness, highly addictive.
Aphrodisiacs - We have a variety of these in a selection of strengths. Do be careful not to over-indulge in these, lest you need to pay a visit to a healer.
Pinpoint - An injectable that increases reaction time and focus, some have said it's as if time slows down around them.
Magic Mushrooms - You know the deal, perception warping hallucinogens to take you on a wild trip.
Cocaine - Loosened inhibitions, burst of confidence and energy, heightened sex drive, higher pain tolerance.
Weapons
Mass-produced weapons - We have a variety of these. Most are guns. However, we also have a variety of quality blades and shields.
One of our most popular movers are aether-charged handguns. The ammunition is custom made and is held in a carrying case that charges it according to the type of crystal placed in the charging port. Aspected ammunition takes on properties of the corresponding element When fired, i.e. fire charged bullets burn and explode on impact, lightning shocks the body, wind has exceptional propulsion force, earth weighs the body down and the bullet wound becomes corrosive, ice freezes the wound and lowers the body temperature, water curiously has the effect of throwing off the victims balance almost like they innebriated.
Grenades - These come in a variety of strengths.
Guns welded onto other weapons - Why not have your melee weapon have some function at range?
Custom weaponry built by BB - These will require a consultation in order for all specifications to be met. Having a custom weapon to meet one's specific needs will come at a higher price.
